Senior Management

The National Cereals and Produce Board is headed by the Managing Director who is supported by two General Managers. The General Manager Finance and Accounting is in charge of the Finance and Accounting division. He oversees all finance matters while the General Manager Marketing and Operations manages the division comprising Warehousing and Hub Management, Marketing and Quality Management sections. The General Managers are supported by various heads of departments.

The Board also has the following departments; Legal Services, Procurement, Human Resources and Administration, Risk and Compliance, ICT, Corporate Planning, Market Information, Internal Audit and Corporate Communications and Customers Experience.

NCPB is composed of six regions. Namely ; Northern, Coast, Nairobi Eastern, South Rift, North Rift and Lake Western regions. Each region is headed by a regional manager.
