MRS. ANNE WAMBAA,LLB,MBS
Mrs. Anne Wambaa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi and a diploma in Education from Kenyatta University. She has over 30 years of Professional experience in Governmental Institutions mainly in the Agricultural sector, i.e. Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) and Nairobi International Trade Fair (NITF). She has also worked for the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) and National Council of Women of Kenya (NCWK).

MR. SILAS MAGUT
Mr. Silas Magut holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Moi University. He is a career teacher and has held many leadership positions in various schools for many years. He has served as a chair in Uasin Gishu County School Sports Association.Currently he is a Board member of the Noble sacco in Uasin County as well as a credit committee member. Mr. Magut is also an active farmer.

MR. NICHOLAS C. HUTCHINSON
Nicholas C. Hutchinson holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Horticulture from the University of London. He has extensive business management experience having worked for Monsanto Company in East Africa, Europe, North America and South Asia. He currently serves as a director of Unga Limited, Kisima Farm Limited and Sunpower Products Limited.

DR. FRANCIS GICHUKI
Dr. Francis Gichuki is an agricultural and irrigation engineer with a PhD from the Utah State University, USA. He has researched and specialized in soil and water engineering (irrigation, drainage, water harvesting and soil and water conservation), river basin management, modelling, GIS and has taught at the University of Nairobi for many years. He is currently the leader of Integrated Basin Water Management Systems theme of the Challenge Programme on Water and Food. (www.waterforfood.org)

Newton Kiplang’at Terer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specialization in entrepreneurship and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Moi University and Kenyatta University respectively. He possesses over 25 years experience in Banking and Finance. Before joining the Board, he worked with the Agricultural Finance Corporation as General Manager Operations. He draws his business leadership skills and experience from his exposure in senior management in major Kenya financial institutions including Gulf African Bank, Equity Bank, Consolidated Bank and the Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB).
